  GÖTTERDÄMMERUNG

RINGafa  the power of love, of power  tragically manifests in the betrayal of Siegfried and Brünnhilde in the concluding music drama, Götterdämmerung. Both are victims of Hagen  (Alberich's son) deviousness, we look on helplessly as Brünnhilde sacrifices herself  signaling the twilight of the gods.  The old gods are sent out in inimitable Wagnerian splendour. Devastation at it's most artistic. Götterdämmerung is a music drama that brazenly  envelopes us in Siegfried’s Rhine music, his Funeral March, and  Brünnhilde’s immolation scene.
